Lineage OS 15: Get Android Oreo on older smartphones

Lineage OS brings Android Oreo to old smartphones and delivers updates when manufacturers stop providing them. Thanks to Project Treble, newer smartphones that are shipped with Android 8.0 can receive the custom ROM in a hurry. The first evidence: Lineage for Galaxy S9 and S9+.
