Zuckerberg isn't going to fix the problem with Facebook

With the growing backlash against Facebook, eyes naturally turn to CEO Mark Zuckerberg to take responsibility to fix the problem. But as a fumbling, awkward interview with CNN indicates, Zuckerberg may lack both the knowledge and desire to really solve things. Perhaps we should look elsewhere.
